Upon purchase of any digital course or membership plan from The Akashic Portal, the purchaser agrees to the following company policies. We reserve the right to make changes to any of our policies at any time. As a user of the website, you are agreeing to these policies and any future revisions during your membership term. As a company, we will do our best to inform our users of any adjustments made, however, it is ultimately the responsibility of the purchaser to be aware of and comprehend the following policies.
Membership Cost: The cost to join The Akashic Portal is $444 for four-month access and then $111/month. After the initial four-month period, you can cancel anytime.

Course Content:
Within The Akashic Portal Self-Discovery Bundle, you will receive:
- Lifetime access to the four foundational courses within The Akashic Portal, How to Read the Akashic Records, Clearing Space, Cultivating Inner Awareness, and Creating Alignment, as well as all future updates.
Within the Creating Alignment Course, you will receive:
- Lifetime access to Creating Alignment and all future updates.
Billing: Your first payment for The Akashic Portal is taken on the day you enroll and covers your first fourth months within The Akashic Portal. After 120 days, payments are billed every 30 days thereafter. If you joined annually, your membership will renew one year after your enrollment date. You’ll receive an email notification before your annual membership processes in case you need to make any changes to your membership.
Cancellation Policy: The monthly membership is a month-to-month commitment and can be canceled at any time and for any reason by going to your customer portal at https://my.theakashicportal.com/updateinfo/. The annual membership offers you 12-month access to the membership. All annual memberships are final sale. If you would not like to renew your annual membership, then you can cancel your account before the 12 months by going to https://my.theakashicportal.com/updateinfo/.
Pausing Subscription: Monthly members can pause their subscription at any time and for up to 3 months by emailing us at [email protected].
Upgrade Policy: Monthly members can upgrade to the annual membership at any time by emailing [email protected], and both monthly and annual members can upgrade to VIP membership at any time by emailing [email protected]. There will be no refunds granted, and no discount offered to upgrade.
Membership Content Access: You will receive access to the courses and content within The Akashic Portal for as long as you are a member and your account is in good standing. This includes the desktop version of The Akashic Portal as well as The Akashic Portal App.
Course Lifetime Access: If you purchased lifetime access to an individual course or bundle, you will continue to receive access to these courses for as long as we continue to run Clearing Space, Cultivating Inner Awareness, Creating Alignment, How to Read the Akashic Records, and Coming Home To Yourself. If we decide to take any of the courses offline, you would receive a minimum of 6 months' notice and the opportunity to download the materials.
Please note, The Akashic Portal App is a separate offering to individual courses, and you will not receive access to The App unless you are a member of The Akashic Portal.
Refund Policy: Due to the digital nature and instant access to this membership, no refunds are available.
Payment Plans: Payment plans may not be canceled once they have been initiated.
Defaults: If your payment method provided cannot be processed for any of the payments, you’ll be contacted. Your access to the course materials and community may be suspended until your payments are current.
Support: If, for any reason, you feel unable to make a payment, please reach out to us at [email protected], and we will find a way to support you.
Complaints: We are committed to your enjoyment of and satisfaction with the Membership. Should you have any concerns or be dissatisfied in any way, please contact us via email at [email protected] and include:
- your name;
- the email address you used to apply for the Membership;
- details of your concern or complaint;
- details of what you would like us to do to resolve the matter; and
- copies of any relevant correspondence.
We will acknowledge your complaint within 3 business days and aim to resolve it within 14 business days. If we are unable to do so, we will provide an explanation accordingly.
You agree not to engage in any behavior, in public or in private, that is negative or derogatory towards us, and we agree to the same. This includes (but is not limited to) communications with third parties or posting on social media.
Content: Hilary Pearlson is the sole owner of all content within The Akashic Portal.
When you purchase access to this offering, you are purchasing a non-transferable, non-exclusive right to access the information. You may not publish or share the content or your login details with anyone else.
You shall not copy, re-sell, sublicense, rent out, share, or otherwise distribute The Akashic Portal materials, whether modified or not, to any third party.
Making physical or digital copies, printing, and sharing materials: You may print or make paper or digital copies for your own personal use only. Any other copying or distribution by any means is strictly prohibited by law. You may not upload content to third-party software. All materials are copyright protected and are the property of The Dreamerie LLC (DBA Hilary Pearlson & The Akashic Portal).
Personal Responsibility: By purchasing The Akashic Portal, you accept, agree, and understand that you take full responsibility for your physical, mental, and emotional well-being, decisions, choices, actions, and results arising out of or resulting from taking the course.
Disclaimer: Hilary is not a therapist or medical professional, and these offerings are not a substitute for therapy, or professional mental care, and do not claim or intend to fix, treat, diagnose, or heal illness of any kind.
Respect & Confidentiality: By joining The Akashic Portal, you agree to keep all shares within the community space and in group readings confidential between you, Hilary, and the community members to uphold the integrity of the space.
Content Flexibility: Due to the channeled nature of this work, all content is subject to change. We appreciate your understanding and trust in our commitment to making this the most potent experience for all.

The Akashic Portal Full Terms & Conditions
By checking the box next to these Terms and Conditions, and clicking the “Purchase” button, you, the purchaser of The Akashic Portal (“Customer”, or “you”), agree to purchase this item provided by The Dreamerie LLC, DBA The Akashic Portal and Hilary Pearlson, a Limited Liability Corporation (“Company,” “we,” “our” or “us”) and agree to enter into this legally binding agreement, with terms as follows:
For good and valuable consideration, Customer agrees to purchase The Akashic Portal, a membership subscription, (“Membership”) from Company. In exchange, Company agrees to provide the purchased item, with details as outlined below.
MEMBERSHIP DETAILS
The Akashic Portal is a membership subscription.
1. Customer understands and agrees this Membership includes:
- Unlimited access to The Akashic Portal App
- Unlimited access to the course library & all future updates (included courses are: How to Read the Akashic Records, Clearing Space, Cultivating Inner Awareness, and Creating Alignment).
- Monthly Channeled Message
- Monthly Healing Guide
- Voice notes offering Akashic messages, Q&As, tips, insights, musings, and insights
- Weekly Sunday Guidance Newsletter
- Add-on options for 1:1 support only available through The Portal
2. Customer understands and agrees this Membership does not include:
- Private 1:1 support included in the cost of the membership (unless the member has purchased the VIP Membership).
- Any good or service other than that in Section A above.
Customer has done sufficient research to fully understand what is included in the Membership and what is not included in the Membership. Customer agrees that they have reviewed and agree to Company’s Terms and Conditions, which are posted here: hilarypearlson.com/terms-and-conditions
MEMBERSHIP ACCESS
You may apply to access the Membership by completing the application form and paying the Membership Fee on our Site, www.hilarypearlson.com/the-akashic-portal (‘Site‘). You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information about yourself as requested or directed, and to promptly update this information to maintain its accuracy. We have the right to suspend or terminate your Membership if we suspect that such information is inaccurate or incomplete. We also reserve the right to deny your Membership application for any reason.
Your access to the Membership commences when your application has been accepted by us, or a date specified on our Site, and you pay the price as displayed on our Site and in accordance with these Terms (‘Membership Fees’). Your Membership continues month-to-month, or until terminated under these Terms or the Membership is discontinued. We will provide you with 30 days' notice should we plan to discontinue the Membership.
To access the Membership, you may be required to create an account. In doing so, you must provide accurate information, including your name, address, a valid email address, and contact number. You must also be at least 18 years old. You agree to update this information if and when it changes. You are solely responsible for the activity that occurs on your account, so please keep your account password secure.
PAYMENT
In exchange of valuable consideration for the Membership provided by Company to Customer, Customer agrees to pay Company $444 for four-month access (“Fee”) and then a recurring fee of $111 per month for as long as they stay a member. Customer agrees to be responsible for the full Fee and agrees to pay the full Fee electronically, via Company’s website or Company’s selected third-party payment processor.
Customer shall make valid required payment prior to gaining any access to the Membership.
If the recurring monthly payment option has been chosen by the Customer, Customer gives The Akashic Portal Team permission to automatically charge Customer’s method of payment on file for all renewal payments, at the time they are due, without any additional authorization.
Customer understands and agrees that if any payment due is not able to be processed and/or received on its due date, Company will notify Customer, who will then have a 3-day grace period to make the payment. Once the grace period has expired, if payment is still not able to be processed, Customer’s access to the Membership will be terminated, with no refunds given for any previous payments made.
NON-DISCLOSURE AND CONFIDENTIALITY
Customer understands that this Purchase includes access to Company’s intellectual property, original work, business affairs, third-party confidential information, trade secrets, and other sensitive or proprietary information, (“Company’s Information”, “confidential information”, and/or “information”), including but not limited to video recordings, audio recordings, strategies, verbal guidance, and other unpublished information. Customer agrees not to share, distribute, repurpose, claim ownership of, use for commercial benefit, disclose to third parties or copy any of Company’s Information and agrees that doing so is in direct violation of these Terms of Use. Customer agrees not to resale any of Company’s intellectual property, trade secrets and other proprietary information. Customer understands that this non-disclosure provision remains in effect in perpetuity and Company reserves the right to prosecute any such violation to the full extent of the law.
By participating in the Membership, Customer may share private and confidential information with Company and other members in the program (“the Group”). Company agrees not to disclose such confidential information except as otherwise reserved in this agreement and if required to do so by law. A further exception to this is if Company is required by law to disclose information shared by Customer, or if Company has a good faith reason to believe that disclosing such information is necessary to protect Customer, Company, a third party, or to respond to an emergency. Further, Customer may authorize Company to disclose private and/or confidential communications independent of this agreement or outside the scope of this agreement and such authorization will be given by Customer to Company in writing.
Customer also understands that other members of the Group may share their confidential or proprietary information (“the Group Information”). Customer agrees not to copy, share, distribute, repurpose, claim ownership of, use for commercial benefit or disclose to third parties outside of the Group, any of the Group Information and agrees that doing so is in direct violation of these Terms of Use. Customer understands that this non-disclosure provision remains in effect in perpetuity and a third party may prosecute any such violation to the full extent of the law. Customer agrees to hold Company harmless from any such action taken by a third-party against Customer.
Customer and Company agree that neither will engage in any conduct or communications with any third party, whether private or public, designed to disparage the other.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Company owns and maintains all copyrights and intellectual property rights to all of the materials and content in the Membership, unless otherwise stated, including but not limited to, brand design, brand elements, design elements, writings, documents, templates, videos, audio recordings, worksheets, emails, handouts, activities, strategies, systems, techniques, logos, trademarks and other proprietary information and original work created by Company, whether created prior to working with Customer or specifically created for Customer.
By enrolling in the Membership, Customer is granted one limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, non-transferable license solely to view, read, download, print, and use the materials and content in the Membership, for Customer’s personal use only, as directed by Company. No use by Company of the Product in any medium or manner will be deemed to interfere with the limited permissions made to Customer by Company herein. All intellectual property rights remain with Company, nothing in this Agreement shall constitute a transfer of intellectual property ownership.
Customer agrees not to copy, give away, reproduce, edit, duplicate, modify, publish, transmit, replicate on another website, create derivative works from, sell, assist in the sale of, distribute, display, perform, provide access to another person, or in any other way, exploit Company’s intellectual property without Company’s express written consent. If a violation of this provision is discovered or suspected, Customer understands that this may constitute infringement and theft of Company’s intellectual property and may be a violation of State and Federal laws. In the event of a breach of this section, Company may terminate Customer’s access to the Membership, without refund, and reserves the right to prosecute such infringement to the fullest extent of the law.
Company reserves all rights not expressly granted to Customer under these Terms of Use.
TERMINATION
Customer may terminate and discontinue the Monthly Membership at any time, for any reason, by going to the Company's website at https://www.theakashicportal.com/settings/account and selecting to cancel the plan. Customer may terminate and discontinue the Annual Membership before the 12-month renewal date by going to the Company's Customer Portal at https://www.theakashicportal.com/settings/account.
Customer may also email their cancellation request to the Company, and Company will cancel their subscription within 2 business days. Customer agrees and acknowledges that no portion of payments already made will be refunded.
We reserve the right to terminate your access to the Membership with immediate effect if:
- you do not pay the Membership Fees when due;
- you infringe our Intellectual Property Rights;
- you engage in conduct that is injurious or potentially harmful to our reputation;
- you disclose Confidential Information without consent;
- your actions are contrary to our interests;
- we consider that mutual trust and/or confidence no longer exists; or
- you fail to comply with any of the other provisions of these Terms or otherwise breach any undertaking, warranty, or obligation under these Terms.
If we terminate your access to the Membership, we may, at our sole discretion, refund any prorated balance of the Membership Fee already paid by you.
REFUND POLICY
Company’s refund policy is as follows:
All membership subscription payments are non-refundable regardless as to payment option. Customer acknowledges that this is a digital membership and customer gains access to all Courses and other inclusions upon purchase. Due to said valuable consideration, we do not issue refund payments of any kind. Customer has the right to cancel their membership by selecting to cancel their subscription through the online members portal as described in the foregoing Termination clause.
Customer understands that Company does not give refunds.
TESTIMONIALS
Company may request Customer to provide a testimonial on the Purchase. Customer understands that there is no requirement to provide such a testimonial and further understands that if Customer declines to provide such a testimonial, there will be no negative consequences or change in relationship between Company and Customer.
If Customer chooses to provide a testimonial, it will be purely voluntary, at Customer’s own discretion. Customer understands that the testimonial, along with Customer’s identifying information may be used in Company’s marketing and promotions, with no financial compensation to Customer, and Company will hold an unlimited, irrevocable, worldwide license in perpetuity to use, publish, distribute or repurpose any information provided to Company as part of such testimonial. Customer agrees to sign a Testimonial Release if requested by Company.
NO GUARANTEES, NO WARRANTIES
Customer is participating in this Purchase voluntarily and understands that Company makes no guarantees or warranties regarding Customer’s results with this Purchase.
Customer agrees that Company is not responsible and Customer does not have a cause of action, legal remedy or an entitlement to a refund if Customer does not achieve the desired result upon completion of the Purchase. Customer agrees that Company is not responsible if there are errors or omissions in the Purchase or any of its materials.
The Purchase is provided “as is,” and, except for the express warranties in these Terms of Use, is offered with no warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, expectation of course of performance and non-infringement. Customer agrees not to hold Company responsible if Customer becomes dissatisfied with the Purchase. The Purchase is intended for a general audience and is not in any way specific advice tailored to any individual.
DISCLAIMER, FULL DISCLAIMER INCORPORATED BY REFERENCE
Customer understands that nothing in the Purchase is intended to constitute or should be relied upon as medical advice. The Akashic Portal provides information and education. Client understands that Company is not therapy, professional mental care, and does not claim or intend to fix, treat, diagnose, or heal illness of any kind.
Nothing in the Services is intended to be a substitute for professional advice. The Akashic Portal does not guarantee that Client will obtain any specific results or earn any money using its recommendations.
Customer has read, understands and consents to be bound by Company’s full Disclaimer, located at hilarypearlson.com/policies-and-disclaimer.
ASSUMPTION OF RISK
Customer is entering into this Purchase voluntarily at Customer’s own free will. Customer will always have the opportunity to consult with a licensed professional before acting on any content of the Purchase. If Customer chooses not to consult with other licensed professionals and chooses to act on any content in the Purchase, Customer agrees that Customer is acting voluntarily and assumes all risks of use or non-use and agrees not to hold Company responsible for any harm, illness, injury or other negative results.
LIMITED LIABILITY, INDEMNIFICATION
Customer agrees that under no circumstances is Company to be held liable for any damages, whether direct or indirect, resulting from these Terms of Use or the Purchase, including any losses, injuries or medical ailments, and Company expressly excludes such liability to the fullest extent of the law. In no event shall Company’s liability exceed the fees paid under these Terms of Use.
Customer agrees at all times to indemnify, defend and hold Company and its team members, agents, affiliates, and other parties associated with Company, harmless from any actions, losses, damages or expenses, as well as third party claims, including attorneys’ fees and expenses, arising out of or related to these Terms of Use or Purchase.
GOVERNANCE
These Terms of Use shall be construed in accordance with, and governed by, the laws of the State of Florida as applied to contracts that are executed and performed entirely in Florida, regardless of Customer’s location. The exclusive venue for any legal proceeding based on or arising out of these Terms of Use shall be Palm Beach, Florida.
DISPUTE RESOLUTION, LITIGATION EXPENSES
Should any dispute arise between Customer and Company, it would be preferable to work it out amicably, but if that is not possible, then Customer agrees that the dispute will be resolved by Arbitration, by the American Arbitration Association, in Palm Beach, Florida. Customer agrees to participate in the arbitration process in good faith, and further agrees that the decision made by the Arbitrator is binding, not subject to appeal, and enforceable in any court of competent jurisdiction as a judgment of law. Customer understands that any claim must be commenced within one year of the date of the grievance, or forfeited forever.
Customer understands that the only remedy that can be awarded through Arbitration is a refund of payments made to Company. NO AWARD OF ANY CONSEQUENTIAL OR ADDITIONAL DAMAGES MAY BE AWARDED TO CUSTOMER.
If any legal action is brought because of an alleged dispute regarding these Terms of Use, the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorney’s fees and other costs incurred in pursuing that action, in addition to any other relief to which they are entitled.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT, WAIVER, SEVERABILITY, ASSIGNMENT
Customer and Company agree that these Terms of Use constitute the entire agreement between them and supersedes any and all prior agreements, discussions, correspondence, understandings or proposals. Customer understands that any expectation regarding the Purchase, which is not specifically included in these Terms of Use is not included in the Purchase.
Customer agrees that no waiver of any of the provisions of these Terms of Use shall be deemed, or shall constitute, a waiver of any other provision of these Terms of Use, nor shall any waiver constitute a continuing waiver.
If any term of these Terms of Use is found to be invalid, void, or unenforceable under applicable law, the other provisions shall remain in full force and effect, and shall in no way be affected, impaired, or invalidated.
These Terms of Use are not assignable, delegable, sub-licensable, or otherwise transferable.
CHANGES TO TERMS OF USE
We may revise and update these Terms of Use from time to time in our sole discretion. All changes are effective immediately when we post them, and apply to all access to and use of the Website thereafter. However, any changes to the dispute resolution provisions set out in the dispute resolution and governance provisions will not apply to any disputes for which the parties have actual notice [on or] before the date the change is posted on the Website.
Your continued use of the Website following the posting of revised Terms of Use means that you accept and agree to the changes. You are expected to check this page from time to time so you are aware of any changes, as they are binding on you.

By purchasing Membership, Customer and Company acknowledge and agree to all of the terms of these Terms of Use.
