❊ You are committed to upholding the integrity of the group by encouraging and supporting your fellow members.

❊ You are responsible for your energy and will lead with empathy, an open mind, and an open heart.

❊ You will share stories and experiences, not advice. Lasting connection happens through shared vulnerability and courage. A good rule is starting sentences with "in my experience" vs. "you should." 

❊ You will not spam or self-promote. This is a safe space for healing and connection. It is not a place to promote your services, solicit clients, shame, or bully others. This type of behavior will not be tolerated and could result in your removal from the group.

❊ We heal in community. Share generously and offer your support generously. Your stories, experiences, resources, and recommendations may be exactly what another member needs to hear today.
