The Akashic Portal Terms & Conditions

Before purchasing, please carefully review the policies below.

By purchasing any program, mentorship, or course from The Akashic Portal (through HilaryPearlson.com or TheAkashicPortal.com), you, the purchaser (“Customer”), agree to the following terms and policies. We reserve the right to make changes to our terms, policies, and prices at any time. Continued use of the service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. While we will do our best to notify you of significant updates, it is your responsibility to review these terms regularly.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase or participate in any program offered by The Akashic Portal. By completing your purchase, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

Billing & Payment Terms

Your first payment is charged on the day of enrollment. Programs may be paid in full or via the agreed upon number of monthly installments. Monthly payments are charged on the same date each month as your enrollment date (for example, if you enroll on the 15th, payments will be charged on the 15th of each subsequent month until all payments are complete). All payments are processed securely. Payment plans may not be canceled once initiated.

Defaults

If your payment cannot be processed, you will be contacted. Access to the program, community, and app may be suspended until your account is current. If you are facing difficulty making a payment, please reach out to us at [email protected] before your payment date and we will work with you to find a solution.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

All sales are final. Because of the digital nature of this program and the immediate access to content, courses, community, and the app upon enrollment, refunds are not available. You may choose not to renew your membership before your renewal date, but no partial or pro-rated refunds will be issued for unused time within an active membership period.

Chargebacks & Disputes

By completing your purchase, you agree to contact us at [email protected] before initiating any dispute or chargeback with your bank or payment provider. Initiating a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the issue directly with us is considered a breach of these terms. We reserve the right to pursue recovery of any disputed charges, along with any associated fees, and to immediately terminate access to the program.

Program Access

Upon enrollment, you will receive access to The Akashic Portal for the full 12-month membership period, provided your account is in good standing. This includes access to all content available within the platform and app during your membership, including but not limited to courses, guided journeys, live session replays, the community space, and any new content added during your membership year. Memberships are annual and may be renewed at the end of each term.

Platform Changes & Discontinuation

We are committed to maintaining The Akashic Portal for the duration of your membership. In the unlikely event that the platform is discontinued, active members will receive a minimum of 90 days’ written notice. During that period, we will ensure all materials can be downloaded and saved for your personal offline use.

VIP Tier Akashic Readings

Customers who purchase the VIP tier receive two 75-minute Akashic Readings with Hilary Pearlson as part of their membership. These readings must be scheduled and completed within your 12-month membership period. Readings that are not used before the end of your membership will expire and cannot be carried over, transferred, or refunded. We encourage you to schedule your sessions early so you can make the most of them.

Live Sessions, Recordings & Scheduling

The Akashic Portal includes live co-creation sessions, immersions, and other group calls throughout the year. By participating in any live session, you consent to being recorded. Recordings are made available to members via the platform and app for replay.

You may not record, screenshot, or share any live session content, including the video, audio, chat, or any materials shared during the session, without explicit written permission from Hilary Pearlson. This includes sharing in private messages, social media, or any other platform.

We reserve the right to reschedule or adjust live sessions as needed due to illness, emergency, or other unforeseen circumstances. We will provide as much advance notice as possible and ensure that equivalent support is provided within your membership year.

Community Standards & Removal

The Akashic Portal community is a confidential, heart-centered space. By joining, you agree to:

Keep all shares from community members, group readings, and live sessions confidential
Treat all members, Hilary, and her team with respect
Refrain from sharing, selling, or distributing any community content outside of the platform
Refrain from recruiting or soliciting other members for your own programs or services without prior written permission

We reserve the right to remove any member from the community and terminate their access to the program, without refund, if they are found to be in violation of these standards or acting in a way that is harmful to the integrity of the space or to other members.

Content Ownership & Intellectual Property

All content within The Akashic Portal is the property of The Dreamerie LLC (DBA Hilary Pearlson & The Akashic Portal). When you purchase access, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to access and use the materials for your own private use only. This license does not permit you to share, copy, sell, republish, or distribute any content, in whole or in part, in any format.

You may print or save materials for your own personal use. You may not upload content to any third-party platform or software. All materials are copyright protected.

You may not share your login credentials with anyone. If others wish to access the program, they must purchase their own membership separately.

Hilary Pearlson is not a therapist, medical professional, or licensed mental health provider. The Akashic Portal is an educational and spiritual mentorship program. Nothing within this program is intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any physical, mental, or emotional condition, and it is not a substitute for professional medical or psychological care.

The Akashic Records work offered within this program is intuitive and channeled in nature. Guidance received through the Records is intended for your personal reflection and growth. It is not a guarantee of any specific outcome, and you are always encouraged to use your own discernment in how you apply what you receive.

By enrolling, you take full responsibility for your own physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing, and for any decisions or actions you take as a result of your participation in this program.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be resolved through arbitration in Miami, Florida, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
