Terms and Conditions for The Akashic Portal Digital Courses/Programs

Before purchasing, please carefully review the policies below. Read through to our full terms and conditions.

By purchasing any digital course or program from The Akashic Portal (through HilaryPearlson.com or TheAkashicPortal.com), you, the purchaser ("Customer"), agree to the following terms and policies. We reserve the right to make changes to our terms, policies, and prices at any time. As a user of the website, you agree to these terms and any future revisions during your access period. While we will endeavor to inform users of significant adjustments, it is ultimately the responsibility of the Customer to stay informed about these policies.

Program Access & Cost

Programs are available for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase, with the option to renew. Specific program costs are as outlined in the individual program sections below. Details regarding content, access, and additional features are also provided.

Billing & Payment Terms

The initial payment is charged on the day of enrollment. Details of recurring payments, if applicable, are outlined in the individual course sections below. All payments are processed securely and in accordance with our payment terms. Payment plans may not be canceled once they have been initiated.

Defaults

If your payment method provided cannot be processed for any of the payments, you’ll be contacted. Your access to the course materials and community may be suspended until your payments are current. If, for any reason, you feel unable to make a payment, please reach out to us at [email protected], and we will find a way to support you.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Membership and course purchases are final. Given the digital nature and immediate access to course content, refunds are not available. Customers can cancel their subscription or non-recurring program purchase before the renewal date as specified in the course terms.

Course Content Access

Customers will receive access to courses and content within The Akashic Portal for the duration of their access period, provided their account is in good standing. This includes access to the desktop version of The Akashic Portal as well as The Akashic Portal App.

Lifetime Access Transition

For courses previously offered with lifetime access, Customers who have purchased these will continue to have access for the lifetime of the course, as per the terms at the time of purchase. If we decide to discontinue any of these courses, Customers will receive a minimum of 6 months' notice and the opportunity to download the materials before the course is taken offline.

Content Ownership & Intellectual Property

All content within The Akashic Portal is the property of The Dreamerie LLC (DBA Hilary Pearlson & The Akashic Portal). Purchase grants a non-transferable, non-exclusive right to access the content. Content may not be shared, published, copied, or distributed without explicit permission from The Dreamerie LLC.

Customer Responsibility & Disclaimer

Customers agree to take full responsibility for their use of the course and its content. The offerings are not a substitute for professional therapy or medical care. Hilary Pearlson is not a therapist or medical professional, and the courses are not intended to treat or diagnose medical conditions.

Confidentiality & Respect

Customers agree to maintain the confidentiality and integrity of shared community spaces within The Akashic Portal. Negative or derogatory behavior towards The Akashic Portal, its content, or its representatives, in public or private, is not permitted.

Complaints

We are committed to your enjoyment and satisfaction. Should you have any concerns or be dissatisfied in any way, please contact us via email at [email protected] and include:

  1. your name;
  2. the email address you used for your purchase;
  3. details of your concern or complaint;
  4. details of what you would like us to do to resolve the matter; and
  5. copies of any relevant correspondence.

We will acknowledge your complaint within 3 business days and aim to resolve it within 14 business days. If we are unable to do so, we will provide an explanation accordingly.

You agree not to engage in any behavior, in public or in private, that is negative or derogatory towards us, and we agree to the same. This includes (but is not limited to) communications with third parties or posting on social media.

Content

Hilary Pearlson is the sole owner of all content within The Akashic Portal.

When you purchase access to this offering, you are purchasing a non-transferable, non-exclusive right to access the information. You may not publish or share the content or your login details with anyone else.

You shall not copy, re-sell, sublicense, rent out, share, or otherwise distribute The Akashic Portal materials, whether modified or not, to any third party.

Making physical or digital copies, printing, and sharing materials

You may print or make paper or digital copies for your own personal use only. Any other copying or distribution by any means is strictly prohibited by law. You may not upload content to third-party software. All materials are copyright protected and are the property of The Dreamerie LLC (DBA Hilary Pearlson & The Akashic Portal).

Personal Responsibility

By purchasing The Akashic Portal, you accept, agree, and understand that you take full responsibility for your physical, mental, and emotional well-being, decisions, choices, actions, and results arising out of or resulting from taking the course.

Disclaimer

Hilary is not a therapist or medical professional, and these offerings are not a substitute for therapy, or professional mental care, and do not claim or intend to fix, treat, diagnose, or heal illness of any kind.

Respect & Confidentiality

By joining The Akashic Portal, you agree to keep all shares within the community space and in group readings confidential between you, Hilary, and the community members to uphold the integrity of the space.

Content Flexibility

Due to the channeled nature of this work, all content is subject to change. We appreciate your understanding and trust in our commitment to making this the most potent experience for all.

The Akashic Portal reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. It is the Customer's responsibility to review the terms regularly. Continued use of the service after changes implies acceptance of the new terms.

Program Cost: $444 for 12-month access.

  • 12-month Access to three courses: Creating Space, Cultivating Inner Awareness, and Creating Alignment.
  • Unlimited access on The Akashic Portal App.
  • Series of audio teachings with slides, breathwork, and meditation practices.
  • Printable guidebooks and supporting materials.


How To Read The Akashic Records & The Library Bundle

Program Cost: $777 for 12-month access.

Program Content & Features:

  • 12-month access to both courses with renewal option.
  • Combination of audio, written teachings, and a comprehensive guidebook.
  • Access to a growing library of themed questions for the Akashic Records.
  • Access to the course via The Akashic Portal App.


Meditation & Breathwork Practices

Program Cost: $88 for 12-month access.

Program Content & Features:

  • A growing library of meditation and breathwork practices.

Permitted Use of Programs, Products, Services, and Program Materials

You are permitted to use our Programs, Products, Services, and Program Materials as follows:

  1. Personal Use: You may download and/or print Program Handouts and Workbooks for your own personal use.

  2. Restrictions on Distribution: You are not permitted to share, sell, reprint, or republish any of our Program Materials, including handouts and workbooks, for resale or mass reproduction purposes for your own business use. This includes sharing the program with friends, family, colleagues, etc. If they would like access, they must purchase their own license separately.

  3. Trademark Use: Trademarks, taglines, and logos displayed on Program Materials are our property. Any use including framing, meta tags, or other text utilizing these trademarks, or other trademarks displayed, is strictly prohibited without our express written consent.

  4. Trademark Indicia: For trademarks, taglines, and logos for which you are granted permission to use, the trademark indicia must be included at all times. Any use of our trademark symbols (™) or ® is strictly prohibited without our express written permission.

  5. Reserved Rights: All rights not expressly granted in these terms or any express written license are reserved by us.

 

 

The Akashic Portal Full Terms & Conditions

Acceptance of Terms

By checking the box next to these Terms and Conditions and clicking the "Purchase" button, you, the purchaser of The Akashic Portal ("Customer", or "you"), agree to purchase this item provided by The Dreamerie LLC, DBA The Akashic Portal and Hilary Pearlson, a Limited Liability Corporation ("Company," "we," "our," or "us") and agree to enter into this legally binding agreement with terms as follows:

Program Details

The Akashic Portal offers digital courses and programs with 12-month access, with an option for renewal. The Customer agrees to the following:

  1. Access & Content: Customer will receive 12-month access to the purchased course(s) or program(s), with the option to renew. This includes access to The Akashic Portal App, course content, and any future updates specified in the course or program description.

  2. Exclusions: Unless explicitly stated, private 1:1 support is not included in the cost of the courses or programs. Additional services or goods not described in the individual course or program details are excluded.

Payment Terms

In exchange for valuable consideration, the Customer agrees to pay the stated fee for the selected course or program. This fee covers 12-month access to the course or program materials. The Customer agrees to make all required payments.

Auto-Renewal & Recurring Payments

For programs with recurring payments, the Customer authorizes automatic charges for renewal payments without additional authorization. If any payment is not processed on its due date, the Company will notify the Customer, who will then have a 3-day grace period to make the payment. Failure to make timely payments may result in termination of access.

Intellectual Property & Use of Materials

The Company retains all rights, title, and interest in the content, materials, and intellectual property provided in the courses and programs. The Customer is granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, non-transferable license to access and use the materials for personal, non-commercial purposes. Unauthorized distribution, sharing, or commercial use of the materials is strictly prohibited.

Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure

The Customer agrees to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information, trade secrets, or sensitive information accessed through the courses or programs. The Customer also agrees to respect the privacy and confidentiality of other members and their shared information within any community spaces or group interactions associated with The Akashic Portal.

Termination & Cancellation

The Customer may cancel their enrollment in a course or program as per the cancellation policy outlined in the specific course or program details. The Company reserves the right to terminate the Customer's access for non-payment, infringement of intellectual property, or breach of these terms.

Refund Policy

Due to the immediate access to digital content and the nature of the offerings, all payments are non-refundable. The Customer acknowledges this policy upon purchasing.

Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Company provides the courses and programs "as is" without any guarantees or warranties of results. The content is for educational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional advice or treatment. The Company's liability for any claim related to these terms or the courses/programs shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Customer.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising under or related to these Terms shall be resolved through arbitration in Palm Beach, Florida, according to the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

Disclaimer, Full Disclaimer Incorporated By Reference

Customer understands that nothing in the Purchase is intended to constitute or should be relied upon as medical advice. The Akashic Portal provides information and education. Client understands that Company is not therapy, professional mental care, and does not claim or intend to fix, treat, diagnose, or heal illness of any kind.

Nothing in the Services is intended to be a substitute for professional advice. The Akashic Portal does not guarantee that Client will obtain any specific results or earn any money using its recommendations.

Customer has read, understands and consents to be bound by Company’s full Disclaimer, located at hilarypearlson.com/policies-and-disclaimer.

Entire Agreement & Amendments

These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the Customer and the Company regarding the courses and programs. The Company reserves the right to make changes to these terms, and continued use of the service after any such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
